St. Louis concert organist Dennis Bergin will present an organ recital, “Lo! He Comes To Us” at Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church, 1230 Big Bend Road,
St. Louis, Missouri 63021, on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.

The church’s splendid 49 rank Quimby pipe organ will be heard in music by J. S. Bach: Toccata and Fugue in D Minor, BWV 565, and Concerto in D Minor
(after Vivaldi), BWV 596; Marcel Dupre: Prelude and Fugue in B Major, Op. 7 No. 1; Cesar Franck: Pastorale Op. 19; Olivier Messiaen: “Dieu parmi
nous” (La Nativite du Seigneur); and Dennis Bergin: T. S. Eliot Impressions (2000) I. Journey of the Magi, and II. A Song for Simeon.

Dennis Bergin is the Organist of Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church and a nationally acclaimed concert organist, having been awarded First Prize in the
1989 International Organ Performance Competition sponsored by the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. He was also named First Prize
winner of the National Organ Playing Competition sponsored by the First Presbyterian Church of Fort Wayne, Indiana, in 1978. He was one of
five finalists in the International Grand Prix de Chartres Concours d’Orgue in Paris and Chartres, France, in 1984. He was the Principal Organist
for the American Kantorei BACH at the SEM Concert Series at Concordia Lutheran Seminary in St. Louis for sixteen years, where he presented most
of the major organ works of J. S. Bach in annual public concerts.
