Call to Order: CP called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM
Review of Minutes: Minutes of September 14, 2009 meeting were reviewed. Minutes were approved. (DY motioned to accept, BC seconded; Motion carried by voice vote).
Treasurer.s Report: DY provided balance sheets as of November 9, 2009 and profit and loss summaries for July through November 9, 2009. The net income for July through
November was $5,009.75. Our current balance sheet shows total assets of $21, 222.48. The treasurer.s report was approved. (BJ motioned to accept, BC seconded; Motion carried by voice vote).
Dean.s Report: CP reported that the 2010 POE planning is on track with the national office. The date has been set as June 13-18, 2010. Brochures are scheduled for distribution in January.
Sub-Dean.s/Program Committee Report: none.
Committee and Special Services Reports:
Auditor Report: DD briefly discussed the Missouri state patriot compliance regulations. We do have a Tax ID. We will register as a not for profit organization.
OPUS Newsletter Report: Deadline for January issue is 12/31/09.
Professional Concerns: SP reported that all has been quiet.
DR and HE have volunteered to help with the reception on November 15, 2009.
