Meeting convened at 6:00 
Minutes from October 23, 2017 meeting were approved with a motion from Mike and seconded by Burnell.
Treasurer’s Report: For the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2018: Total Current Assets: $20,700.68, not including January Jubilee amount of $242.44.
Total Liabilities and Equity: $20,700.68. At February 19, 2018, Revenue is 13,072.70 and Expenses were 12,733.02 for a net income of $339.68.
Income was $8,073.78 and expenses were $7,831.34 with a net income of $242.44. Private donations and net proceeds from the auction are included with the income total.
Bill Aitken moved, and Nannette seconded to approve the Treasurer’s Report. It was accepted unanimously. Mary moved, and Bill Aitken moved to approve the January Jubilee Revenue/Expenses report to be sent to National Office in New York.  The motion was approved unanimously. 
Dean’s Report: Thanks was expressed to the January Jubilee Committee for a successful weekend. There was positive energy flowing throughout the day and a half event. Mark expressed great appreciation to the people involved. Mark will be going to the National convention and using the allotted Chapter Dean registration budget amount.
Thanks to the Nominating Committee for the Executive Board Candidates:  Dean: Burnell Hackman, Sub-Dean: Jeff White , Class of 2021 Candidates:  Bob Chamberlin, Nick Botkins, Timothy Jansen. Nominating Committee included: Kathleen Bolduan, Rick Burk, and Mary Hitchcock-Reinhart.
Sub-Dean Report: Burnell presented an overview of the 2018-2019 program year; September-Psalmody; October: Creative Hymn Playing; November, Jennifer Pasqual; January: January Jumpstart consisting of 8 workshops to carry through on the January Jubilee idea; February: Choral; March: Members recital; after Easter: “Bach’s Lunch” with the St. Louis Bach Society; May Annual Meeting/Organist Trivia.
Historic Organs of St. Louis Organ Crawl is planned for March 10, 201. The churches include: Saint Trinity Lutheran, Carondelet United Church of Christ, St. Anthony of Padua Catholic, and Centenary United Methodist Church.
Registrar: We received 19 new members through the January Jubilee so we now have 173 names on the enrollment. Brent will complete this year as Registrar, therefore a replacement is needed.
OPUS Newsletter:  The April Opus Deadline is March 15th. The April issue will have election information included.
Social Media: Rene reported that the website is due for revamping. Send any ideas to Rene.
Old Business
January Jubilee Report: Dawn expressed thanks to her committee for a successful event. Committee: Burnell Hackmann, Cathy Bolduan, Phillip Brunswick, Lisa Cripe, John Hawn, Brent Johnson, Regina Morris, Mike Kaberline, Nannette Tornblom, and Rene Zajner. Her evaluation report is ready to be sent to National Office in New York. The “take-aways” from the event are to have graded or leveled sessions and to have a “Guild Friend” or mentor connected to a new member.  Cathy, Dawn Mary, and Luella have agreed to be a Guild Friend.
POE – Burnell reported that Horst has agreed to head the 2019 POE. The paperwork has been sent in with tentative dates of July 28-August 3, 2019.
Elections: Bios are needed from Candidates for publication in the OPUS. Cathy will make the contacts for bios.
Annual Meeting:  We want to recognize Chapter Milestones as members and giving service such as Fern Black and Bob Mulgardt. Cathy Bolduan will do a memorial to recognize deceased members.
E-mail Motions:
1st email motion – November 19, 2017: “To accept Kathleen Bolduan, Rick Burk, and Mary Hitchcock-Reinhart as this year’s Nominating Committee.”     The motion passed.
Second email motion: January 20th, 2018: “The Executive Committee of the St. Louis AGO accepts the recommendations of the Nominating Committee, and puts forward for election by the General Membership of the Chapter the following names:
Burnell Hackman – Dean                   Jeff White: Sub-dean
Nick Botkins – Class of 2021            Bob Chamberlin – Class of 2021          Tim Jansen – Class of 2021.
The motion passed.
Third email motion- January 28, 2018:  “That the Executive Committee approve the commitment of $6400 to The King of Instruments radio show to guarantee the next 52 weeks. Moneys from Sponsorships and Donations will continue to be collected by the Chapter to reimburse this investment.” This motion passed.
New Business
Avis Blewett Award – Discussion was held on whether a committee should be formed this year for Avis Blewett Award. It was decided to form a committee to provide a nomination. Stephen Jones volunteered to be on the committee.
Historian. Mary Hitchcock-Reinhart is retiring as historian so we need a new historian and a storage location. Discussion took place on what types of things are in the archives and what could be purged.
Adjourn: Mike moved and Bill seconded to adjourn. All approved. Meeting adjourned at 7pm.

June 30, 2018  –   Refile Tax Exempt forms 990-N
June 30, 2018  –   Revision of Operating Procedures to align with National’s guidelines. (Every  other year process.  Last done in 2016).
