Executive Support Committee Present:Nancy Barbee (Opus), Stephen Eros (Sub-Dean elect)
Call to Order: DeanHenry Evans called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Review of the March 12, 2012 meeting minutes with corrections made were approved by motion of Bruce Ludwick and seconded by Bob Mullgardt.
Treasurer’s Report:Report approved through motion by Bob Mullgardt and seconded by Nannette Tornnblom. Net income from July 1 to May 14 is $1,654.88. Net Worth:
Assets $18,404.57 and Liabilities and Equity $18,404.57).
Dean’s Report:Henry thanked: the Executive Committee for a superlative job; the excellent steering committee for the chapter – the meetings have been wonderful. He stated he was leaving the position of Dean to a most capable person. As a Sub-Dean, Bill has been
very detailed and prompt.

Dr. Eileen Guenther, former Kirkwood, MO native and present National AGO president will be present to receive the Avis Blewett Award. She will perform a concert as part of the evening’s program. A check will be available for her services that evening.
Sub-Dean’s Program Committee Report continued:Bruce Ludwick will invite Sarah Bryan Miller from the Post Dispatch. Her meal will be complimentary.
Some changes in the 2012-2013 program will occur such as the February organ dedication at Third Baptist. Christopher Marks will be the recitalist. More program information will be presented at the August, 2012 meeting.
Executive committee recognition and applause was given to Henry Evans for the fine job he did
OPUSNewsletter Report: Henry recognized Nancy Barbee for stepping into the position of Opus Co-Editor and helping to make it a seamless transition. Henry offered to continue working on the Opus by taking over the advertising. He will check with Bach Society, the Crescendo Concert Series, Second Presbyterian Church, Basilica Concert Series, Jeff Carter. Discussion was held on advertising on the internet. Brent, Al Black, and Henry will meet to help coordinate advertising efforts. The Opus deadline is the 15th of the month.
The plaques for the 2011-2012 Avis Blewett awards are ready and will be sent immediately.
St. Louis has been chosen to host the 2015 National AGO Convention. The last St. Louis Regional convention was 30 years ago.
2012 – Nashville, TN -National Convention
2013 – Springfield, MO – Region VI Convention
2014 – Boston, MA – National Convention
2015 – St. Louis, MO – Region VI Convention
In 2014, the National Association of Pastoral Musicians will meet in St. Louis
Lines of communications among the guild needs an updated system. Brent, Dennis, and Al will work on communicating changes in membership and keeping accurate updates.
New Business : There will be a $5.00 increase in dues for the new year for all levels except students.
Regular voting member – $97
Special voting member (65 or older, under 21 or disabled) – $72
Partner voting member (only one TAO per household) – $72
Dual voting member (paid to 2nd chapter) – $41
Chapter Friend (no TAO) – $41
Student voting member (full-time, with valid school ID) – $42
Student Dual (paid to 2nd chapter) – $20
Dennis York will check on our new membership quota to see if our chapter qualifies for the
National’s membership campaign.

Motion to adjourn was made by Dennis York and seconded by Chuck Peery. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 pm.
