The performer is Dr. Horst Buchholz, Organist and Director of Sacred Music at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis and for the St. Louis Archdiocese, and who most recently was appointed Orchestra Director at Washington University. His program, titled “”B*A*C*H – Music by BACH, around BACH, and on BACH” will include: Rigaudon in D – Georg Böhm, “BACH from One to Four” – Pedal Exercise (BWV 598), Invention G minor (BWV 782), Trio in C minor (BWV 585), Fuga in G (BWV 558) – Johann Sebastian Bach, Praeludium in C – Johann Christoph Kellner, Fuga on the Name B-A-C-H, op. 60 no. 1 – Robert Schumann, Fantasy “Prelude” on the Theme B-A-C-H – Richard Keys Biggs.
